Nanoparticle-Based Combination Therapy
Led by Joseph Piepmeier, MD at Yale School of Medicine

Glioma Stem Cells (GSCs) have recently been identified as the likely root of glioma development, yet most current chemotherapy drugs cannot eliminate them. This study focuses on identifying drugs that can eliminate GSCs and using nanotechnology to deliver these drugs directly to the cells.
